Doi Spark was founded in Chiang Mai in early 2022 by a small group of practitioners who had spent years working at the intersection of technology strategy and organisational development across Southeast Asia. The name references the Doi mountain range that frames the city — a reminder that perspective matters, and that lasting change often starts from a clear vantage point rather than the noise of the centre.
Our early work focused on helping mid-sized Thai manufacturers understand what data-driven decisions could realistically look like for their teams. Over time, as AI tools became more accessible, we expanded our scope to include executive education and structured cross-functional programmes — always with the same principle at the core: AI adoption succeeds when people understand it, not just when it is deployed.
Today we work with organisations across manufacturing, professional services, logistics, and hospitality. Each engagement is designed from the ground up around what the client's teams can absorb and act on, rather than what looks impressive on a proposal.

Data Privacy Protocols
Client operational data processed during QA integrations is handled under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not retain, share, or use client data for any purpose outside the stated engagement.
PDPA Compliance
All our services and internal processes conform to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Participant information gathered during workshops is managed in line with current PDPA requirements.
Pre-Engagement Scoping
Every project begins with a structured scoping phase. We assess readiness, clarify success criteria, and identify potential challenges before any work begins — reducing the likelihood of misaligned expectations.
Documented Deliverables
Every engagement closes with written documentation: summaries, technical handover notes, or process improvement proposals. We do not consider a project complete until the client has something concrete in hand.
